New position!

Happy to share that I have started my new position as Associate Professor Operations & Supply Chain Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Antwerp.

Affiliated to the Department of Engineering Management and embedded within the Antwerp Operations Research Group ANT/OR, I will continue to study and develop operations research methods to help decision makers and companies make optimal decisions at strategic, tactical and operational level. I aim to develop and extend optimization algorithms for today’s supply chain problems. More specifically, I focus on studying the interaction between multiple decision makers (e.g., different companies) and on facilitating the collaboration between those entities to create valuable synergy in the form of better use of available resources, more efficient capacity utilization and higher sustainability and resilience of the operations. More information on my research activities can be found here.

Moreover, I will teach various courses on Operations and Supply Chain Management to BSc and MSc students Business Engineering and Applied Economics. My updated course list can be consulted here.

I am looking forward to this new and inspiring adventure!
